Hi, I'm Nancy

I am a Holistic Health Coach and a Menopause Coaching Specialist.

I utilize the following evidence-based methods, protocols, and practices in my coaching:

The Food Matters Nutrition Principles emphasize on natural medicine and the power of nutrition in healing & disease prevention.

The HoloBody Method looks at health from a physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual perspective.

The 10X Fitness Protocolis a longevity based muscle-centric resistance training protocol done in 15 minutes, 2 times a week.

The Viome Precision Nutrition technology – uses Metatranscriptomics to measure the RNA activities of our microbiome so we know precisely what foods and supplements work for our individual needs.

Longevity is the basis of my practice because, to me, it is about being able to consistently show up for yourself, so that you can live a high-functioning life without depending on people, things and places, no matter your age.

What I Offer

Nutrition, Health, & Fitness Coaching

I am a certified Holistic Nutrition, Health & Fitness Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist and have been providing individual coaching to female clients, many of whom are in their midlife with their unique health challenges and concerns during this transition. 

I have also trained hundreds of students going through Mindvalley’s Certified HoloBody Coach, Certified 10X Coach, and Viome partnered Mindvalley Nutrition Coach Certification programs world-wide.

As someone who has structural scoliosis, a long time chronic back pain sufferer since the age of 29, and started experiencing perimenopausal symptoms at 43, I understand the impact that these pains and symptoms can have on our daily lives.

I also share the frustration of how they are easily dismissed or rarely talked about or blanketly treated by many healthcare professionals.

At 48, I haven’t suffered from back pain or experienced any perimenopausal symptoms for more than 3 years. If I can do this, you can too!

My practice is evidence-based, with a focus on helping midlife women to mitigate and manage their perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms now and beyond menopause, and helping them find specialized healthcare professionals if/when needed.
