I was recently interviewed live by fellow 10X coach Margaret Brightling who runs a private Facebook group called Happy Body Happy Mind, where she provides mindful health and weight loss tips for busy women.

We spoke specifically about the role of fitness, especially resistance training, in women’s health during the perimenopausal and menopausal transition and as we age.
